INDOOR BARBECUED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up or 4 whole chicken breasts, split
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 1/4 tsp. onion salt
3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce or A-1 sauce

Coat chicken with flour. Brown in oil. Arrange chicken in large casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. 4 to 6 servings.
