BARBECUED LEMON CHICKEN 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow dish. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Turn to coat on both sides. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes or cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours.

On greased grill cook over hot coals 4-5 minutes on each side. From the Lighthearted Cookbook Canadian Heart Foundation.
