BUTTER HORNS 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cut butter into flour and add egg yolk and sour cream. Mix together well and shape into a ball. Sprinkle with flour and wrap in waxed paper. Chill for at least 2 hours or longer.

Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon together in bowl. Divide dough into 3 parts and roll out on floured surface one at a time to 1/8 inch thickness. Sprinkle rolled out dough with 1/3 sugar mixture. Cut dough into 12 triangles and roll from widest side. Place on ungreaesd cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 25- 30 minutes. Makes 36.
