TART ORANGE SALAD 
1 lg. box orange Jello
2 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
1 sm. can frozen orange juice, undiluted
3 sm. apples, diced
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, with juice
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water and orange juice. Mix well. Add diced apples. Pour into medium sized, flat pan or glass dish. Chill until partially set. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pineapple. spoon over Jello - cover top of Jello completely. Chill.
