SWEET 'N TART VEGETABLE CHICKEN
SALAD
 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) jar Hanover vegetable salad, drained
1/2 c. water chestnuts, drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. honey roasted peanuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. non-dairy whipped topping

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Blend mayonnaise with topping and add to salad mixture. Chill and serve on crisp salad greens. Serves 6.
