TART POTATO SALAD 
6 med. cooked potatoes, cubed
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 med. zesty dill pickles, chopped
3 boiled eggs, chopped
Salt & Pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cover cubed potatoes with salt, pepper and vinegar. Let season for about 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients except for mayonnaise and mustard. Combine two spreads and pour over salad. Toss lightly until all ingredients are coated. May need additional dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
