JACK CHEESE OVEN OMELET 
8 to 10 slices bacon
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese (about 10 oz.)
8 eggs
1 c. milk

Fry bacon and onions. Beat eggs, milk seasoning salt and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in crumbled bacon and onions in 2 cups of cheese. Pour in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until set and top is light browned. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and return to oven until melted.
