BAKED GRITS | |
1 cup grits 4 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. cheese 3 eggs 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. red pepper Cook grits in water with salt. As grits begin to thicken, add butter and cheese. Beat eggs and milk and add to grits mixture. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. |
