OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST DELUXE 
8 slices (3/4 inch thick) French bread
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Butter
Powdered sugar

Place bread in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, sugar, salt, orange juice, vanilla; beat well. Pour over bread slices; turn over to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in large skillet, saute the bread in butter 4 minutes on each side until browned. Sprinkle toast with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
