OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST 
9 eggs
3 c. half & half or milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. rum extract
24 slices French bread or Texas toast (3/4" thick)

Beat eggs with other ingredients. Grease cookie sheets. Layer single file bread slices. Pour egg mixture over bread and let set in refrigerator overnight.

Bake next morning in 500 degree oven for 15 minutes or golden brown. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Recipe can be divided to make less.
