OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices French bread or Texas toast
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter, divided
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar

Place bread in large flat pan. Combine eggs, milk, sugar, salt, orange juice and vanilla. Beat well. Pour over bread. Turn bread to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Saute bread in melted butter for 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
