BABY CARROTS WITH APRICOTS 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen baby carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey

Steam carrots until done but still firm. Toss with remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve warm. Serves 8-9.
