2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) jar apricot baby food
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix until well blended. Pour into a well greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tests done. Plum baby food may be used.
