2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. milk

Let come to a full boil. Remove from stove. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter, 3 cups oatmeal and teaspoon vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
