1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. grainy mustard
16 very thin slices prosciutto
16 breadsticks

(Or or other similar ham, in which case you may need more than one slice per breadsticks).

Beat butter with mustard until well blended. Spread about 1 teaspoon over each slice of prosciutto; wrap around breadsticks.
