BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Velveeta
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
6 tbsp. flour (scant)

Melt butter; add flour and stir together. Mix together eggs with cottage cheese. Add to butter and flour mixture. Add your broccoli (partially thawed). Add your Velveeta (chopped). Mix together well. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
