1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant pudding vanilla mix
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 (10 oz.) 7 Up

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Use oblong pan.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour, mix with sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Cook until thick enough to spread on cake. Spread 1 can coconut on top of cake if desired.
