7-UP CAKE 
1 box Lemon Supreme cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 box instant pineapple pudding mix
4 eggs

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 rounded tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix dry ingredients, add eggs, one at a time. Add 10 ounce bottle 7-Up last and pour in 3 (9") layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING: Combine sugar, flour, eggs; mix well. Add pineapple, butter and vanilla. Bring to a boil. Cook about 5 minutes until thick. Add coconut and nuts. Let cool; spread between layers and on top. Double icing recipe if sides are frosted.
