LEMON CAKE 
Cake:

1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1 c. apricot nectar
1/2 c. sugar

Icing:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
juice of 1 lemon

Mix all together and pour in a 9x12-sheet cake pan. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Mix icing and drizzle over hot cake.
