HASHBROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. hash browns, frozen
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, diced
Salt & pepper

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish (9 x 13 inch). Crush corn flakes and mix with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
