POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 carton sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grated cheese or crushed potato chips
Salt and pepper to taste

Place hash brown potatoes, soup, and sour cream in 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Drizzle butter over top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Check to see if potatoes are soft. Sprinkle with grated cheese or crushed potato chips. Bake 20 minutes longer. Serve hot.
