POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hashbrowns
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cartons sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute' onions in the butter; combine onions with all other ingredients. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased casserole dish. Bake 50 minutes then crumble potato chips and put on top. Bake another 10 minutes.
