POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. hashbrown frozen potatoes
1 1/2 cube butter
1/2 c. cut fine green onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. pkg. I.M.O. or sour cream
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs

Put potatoes in 9 by 13 casserole. Melt 1 1/2 cube butter, pour half over spuds, sprinkle green onion over spuds. Mix cream of chicken soup, IMO or sour cream, Cheez Whiz. Heat until warm and mixed well. Pour over potatoes, top with crumbs, pour rest of melted butter over. Cover casserole. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncover casserole last 15 minutes.
