CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Mix both cans of corn together with melted butter. Add slightly beaten egg and cornbread mix. Fold in sour cream. Pour in long casserole dish (lightly greased or spray with Pam). Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes (or until knife inserted comes out clean). Remove from oven and pour small jar of melted Cheez Whiz over top.
