POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
8 oz. sour cream
1 med. diced onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips (optional). Bake at 350 degrees, 50 minutes.
