POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, partially thawed 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. minced onions (dried or fresh) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated cheese Mix in mixing bowl. Put in 9 x 13 buttered pan. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
