POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hashbrowns
1 stick melted butter
Medium onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1/2 can milk (milk measured in can)
1 pt. sour cream

Mix all ingredients, place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
