SAUSAGE CON QUESO 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
2 (10 oz.) cans Rotel tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. picante sauce

Brown ground beef, sausage, and onion; drain. Add tomatoes and cheese. Use medium heat to melt cheese. Stir in picante sauce. Yield: 10 servings.
