SAUSAGE CON QUESO 
2 lb. hot pork sausage
2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Good Seasons garlic salad dressing mix
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Good Seasons blue cheese salad dressing mix

Brown sausage well and drain thoroughly. Melt cheese with milk; stir in salad dressing and meat. To reheat, add additional evaporated milk. Serve with warm tostados. Fills a standard chafing dish.
