STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 pts. strawberries
2 c. strawberry soda pop
4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt, (optional)

Cream eggs, sugar together until fluffy looking then add rest of ingredients stirring after each one. Pour into freezer and continue to fill with homogenized milk.

Makes one gallon.

Variations: omit strawberry pop, strawberries and add any fruit you prefer like: (bananas, peaches, mandarin oranges, or pecans, chopped)

We always made this ice cream for our children's birthday parties.
