STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 c. fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed and mashed)
1 c. milk
4 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Add strawberries and rest of ingredients. Pour into 2 quart canister of your electric ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer's directions.
