POT ROAST 
Lg. pot roast
2 garlic cloves
Salt
Pepper
Seasoned salt
2 onions
2 pkg. onion soup mix

Slice garlic. Poke holes in roast and insert pieces of garlic in the roast. Put the roast in a pot of water with onion soup mix, sliced onions and seasonings. Cover and cook for 5 hours on low heat and you'll have a killer tender roast that will melt in your mouth.

GRAVY FOR POT ROAST:

When roast is ready, make a roux with flour and oil; cook until dark brown. Add the juice from the roast. Stir until thick. Cut the roast in slices, add it to the gravy and simmer for about 10 minutes. That's how I won my boyfriend's heart and got him fat. Guaranteed you'll love it. I love to cook for people. Enjoy!
