1/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. orange juice (or 1/2 c. water and 1/2 c. juice)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 8 inch square pan. In mixer beat oil, sugar, and egg until light yellow. Mix in baking powder and vanilla. Add alternating flour and juice.

In food processor, grind 1 cup chocolate bits. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until top is brown and beginning to crack.
