CHIPPED BEEF SPREAD 
1 lg. cream cheese, softened
1 can black olives, pitted
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 jigger vermouth

Stir the softened cream cheese so it is smooth. Drain and mince the olives. Cut the dried beef up fine, chop the onion up fine. Mix all the ingredients together well and refrigerate 4-5 hours or overnight. Good as a spread with crackers.
