CHIPPED BEEF SPREAD 
3 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
5 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 pkg. chipped beef
Triscuits, crackers, or cocktail bread

Mix together cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, and three tablespoons of parsley. Cut chipped beef into small bites with scissors. Add 3/4 of beef to cheese mixture. Roll into a ball and roll in remaining beef and parsley.

I divide into 3 and freeze; takes about 3 hours to thaw.
