CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk (1/2 c. milk plus 1/2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice)
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini

Blend all of the ingredients. Pour into a well greased oblong pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
