GLADYS' SALAD 
1 can peas
1 can kidney beans
1/2 c. diced sweet pickles
1 c. diced cheese (American or Velveeta, almost any kind is good)
Mayonnaise

Drain vegetables; mix with cheese and pickles. Thin mayonnaise with some pickle juice and mix together. This is good right away but better after a few hours to blend flavors.
