BUBBLE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 loaves frozen bread dough

Let loaves thaw out and rise a little. Grease bundt pan with butter. Melt a stick butter. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Cut dough into chunks. Roll in melted butter then into sugar and cinnamon mixture. Drop into pan to form layers until pan is about 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Empty immediately when it is done. Eat warm or cold. Do not cut, just pull off to eat.
