BREAD PUDDING 
3 to 4 c. bread bite size (any bread will do)
3 c. reg. milk
1 c. evaporated milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. raisins (soaked in hot water)
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Arrange bread in bottom of baking dish. Mix cinnamon, melted butter, vanilla and 3 tablespoons sugar. Brush mixture on bread.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread let set a while. Set baking dish in another pan with some water in it. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until set and lightly brown. Pour Rum Sauce over pudding. Pinch holes in pudding with a fork so sauce can soak inside.

RUM SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. rum or rum flavoring
