BEER SHRIMP 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped

Saute these in 2 sticks of butter. Add 1 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste, 1 can beer and almost 1 tablespoon liquid crab boil.

Place 3 to 5 pounds peeled raw shrimp in baking dish. Pour beer mixture over shrimp and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve in a bowl and sop up the juice with plain French bread.
