SHRIMP - N - BEER 
5 lbs. med. shrimp
2 bottles beer
1/2 sm. bottle red hot
1 tbsp. hot pepper seeds
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
Handful of pickling spices

Put all ingredients into pot. Add water to cover shrimp. Boil 12 to 15 minutes. Refrigerate until completely cooled.
