PECAN PUFFS 
1/4 lb. butter

Beat until soft.

Add: 2 tsp. vanilla

Measure 2 cups plain flour and 2 cups pecans (chopped). Mix pecans and flour. Add to butter. Mix well and roll into small balls. Cook about 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Roll puffs in confectioners sugar when hot and again when cool.
