1 egg white
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups whole pecans

Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat egg white until stiff. Add brown sugar. Stir in 1 1/2 cups whole pecan until coated. Drop by small spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Turn oven off and leave in oven for 40 minutes.
