SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD 
2-3 lbs. cut up cooked & chilled chicken
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. drained mandarin oranges
1 c. pineapple cubes, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. maraschino cherries

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar

Mix and toss with above one hour before serving.
