STUFFED HAMBURGER 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked & drained
Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, if desired

Separate ground beef into 8 pieces and form into thin patties. Place spoonful of spinach and slice of Mozzarella on 1 pattie and put another pattie on top. Seal edges. Fry until done. Remove from pan. Mix mushroom soup and 1/3 cup milk in pan as a gravy. Also, can saute fresh mushrooms in butter and serve with burgers and gravy. 4 servings.
