STUFFED HAMBURGER BUNS 
2 tbsp. shortening
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
Salt to taste
1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. American cheese (grated)
6 to 8 hamburger buns (split)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. bell pepper

Melt shortening in large fry pan. Add onion and pepper, saute until golden brown. Add hamburger. Cook until light brown. Stir in next 4 ingredients; simmer 10 minutes. Spread buns with mustard, fill with meat mixture. Wrap in foil. Bake 275 degrees until heated through. Yield 6-8 servings.
