STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. barbeque sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1 c. instant rice
1 c. water

Prepare 6 peppers by cutting into halves and removing seed. Place in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Stuff pepper halves with this mixture and put in shallow casserole dish. Pour one small can tomato sauce over peppers and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
