1 pound ground chuck 1 chopped onion 1 small frozen peas or broccoli, (whatever frozen vegetable you like) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 bag tater tots In a 9 x 9 inch pyrex pan. Press ground meat into bottom of pan. Sprinkle onion on top. Add veggies and soup. Do not add water. Sprinkle cheese on top. Press down with fork. Spread tater tots all over the top. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving. |
