HAMBURG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can milk
1 sm. onion, cut up
1 c. celery, cut up
2 lb. bag frozen tater tots
1 can vegetables, drained

Brown hamburg, onions, and celery. While browning meat, mix up soup with milk. If it seems too thick, add more milk. Drain grease from hamburg; put into greased casserole dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Then pour in your soup and mix well. Choose your vegetable and mix in also real good. Then place tater tots on top of casserole while they are frozen, covering all meat sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until tater tots are cooked. Make sure tater tots cover the dish completely.
