GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
2 cans mushroom soup
1 pkg. tater tots
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Brown ground beef and drain, then layer with frozen vegetables. Add soup; top with tater tots. Bake in 9 x 13 inch baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
